As a result of an introduction to the 7 Minute Workout this past March, I chose to to become a beta tester for this unique program. Having battled with weight concerns for most of my adult life and then being an online marketer that typically brings with it some level of inactivity, I decided now was the time to make transformations within my lifestyle. Since this system 3 months ago, my chest size has decreased 3 inches , my thighs have decreased in size by over 2 inches, and I have also lost almost 10 pounds.
